This is the view from Abbey Street in Cerne Abbas — one of my favourite walks. The path leads from the old Abbey, winding quietly past honeyed stone cottages and out toward the open hills beyond. I’ve walked this lane countless times with my wife and best friend; in the distance, that’s us — captured in the same gentle light that has always seemed to follow us here.

There’s a tenderness to this place that’s difficult to put into words — the way the air seems to hum with history, the feeling of belonging that deepens with every step. I wanted to preserve that — not just the view, but the memory of love and companionship that lives within it.
