Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting SB Keefe Art 
As a small independent artist business, every order is prepared with care and attention. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Prints

All prints are made to order and signed by the artist.

Because prints are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size choice
  • accidental orders
  • colour differences caused by screen or monitor settings

However, if your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the artwork
  • photographs of the packaging
  • clear photographs showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Original Artwork

All original artworks are final sale.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on original pieces unless the artwork arrives damaged during transit.

If an original artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

  • the artwork
  • the packaging
  • the damage itself

We will work with you to resolve the issue as fairly and quickly as possible.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders are considered lost after:

10 working days (UK)

20 working days (International)

Once confirmed, we will investigate the issue with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty:

  • made-to-order prints
  • signed prints
  • original artwork
  • sale items
  • commissioned or custom work

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Colour Disclaimer

Please note that artwork colours may vary slightly depending on individual monitor, screen, and device settings.
