Each piece is handled with great care and attention, whether you are purchasing a signed print or an original artwork.

Prints

All prints are made to order and signed by the artist.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched, although many orders will be sent sooner.

Prints are packaged securely using protective backing and rigid mailers to help ensure safe delivery.

Originals

Original artworks are carefully packaged using protective wrapping and reinforced packaging materials.

All original artworks are sent fully tracked and insured.

Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged in transit.

Shipping Methods

UK Orders

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services.

Original artworks are typically shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed for added security and insurance coverage.

International Orders

We currently ship to:

United States

International orders are sent using tracked services where available.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges applied by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, postal delays, and seasonal demand.

While every effort is made to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the artwork
  • photographs of the packaging
  • photographs showing the damage clearly

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders are considered lost after:

10 working days (UK)

20 working days (International)

Once confirmed, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
