Drawn without lifting my pen, this portrait became a conversation between movement and control. The line loops, doubles back, tangles upon itself — and yet never breaks. It’s a rhythm of imperfection that resolves into unmistakable form.

The figure’s eyes are closed, but the presence is undeniable — assured, unbothered, complete within its own stillness. The cigar becomes both a symbol and a statement: of ritual, of pause, of composure earned through chaos.

Unshaken Poise speaks to the power of remaining steady amid disorder — how even the most restless line can reveal calm when trusted to find its way home.
